Cancellation by the Guest
The guest must give a notice to cancel the Holiday in writing or through mail to our office and Travel 4 You shall refund the tour cost after deducting the cancellation charges as under.The refund will be processed in the same form in which payment was made within 15 working days.
From the booking date till 30 days prior to the departure date, 30 % of the package cost is chargeable.
From 30 days to 15 days prior to the departure date, 50 % of the package cost is chargeable.
From 15 days to 7 days prior to departure date, 75 % of the package cost is chargeable.
For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the departure date, 100% of the package cost is chargeable.
Changes Made By Us before Travel
Travel 4 You reserve the rights to do any changes in the holiday program arise out of unforeseen conditions. All the amendments will be intimated to the guest well in advance .If the guest do not want to accept the significant change, then Travel 4 You will offer an alternative option of equivalent or closely similar option with same price or less. The guest will be refunded with the differential cost. If the guest does not wish to take the alternative then he can reschedule the same holiday considering the time & availability of services. Or, if the guest prefer to cancel the entire holiday and receive the full refund of deposits, which the guest have paid to us, except for the admin charges of Rs 6000.00
Unless the change is as a result of circumstances such as flight cancellations, civil wars, mob fighting, disturbance, terrorist movement, natural tragedy, fire, bad weather conditions, Travel 4 You will pay you compensation as given below and within 15 working days.
Before 12 days prior to the departure date, Deposits only.
Before 7 days prior to the departure date, 100% of the Holiday Cost.
Before 4 days prior to the departure date, 100% of the Holiday Cost + 1.25% of Holiday Cost.
Before 2 days prior to the departure date, 100% of the Holiday Cost + 3.50% of Holiday Cost.
Circumstances beyond Our Control
Travel 4 You will not pay any compensation, reimburse expenses, or cover losses for any amount or otherwise accept responsibility, as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Hence Travel 4 You have to amend the holiday after booking, as agreed. When Travel 4 You refer to circumstances beyond our control, Travel 4 You mean any event that Travel 4 You could not foresee or avoid, even after taking all reasonable care. Such circumstances will usually include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, airport closures, epidemic, natural or nuclear disaster, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial dispute, bad weather.
Travel 4 You want all our guest to have an enjoyable, carefree holiday. But the guest must remember that they are responsible for their actions and the effect they may have on others. If any staff from Travel 4 You, or another person in authority, believe the guest’s actions could upset, annoy or disturb other guests or staff, or put them in any risk or danger, or damage property then the guest will be declared as unfit to travel, Travel 4 You may end their holiday and terminate the contract. The guest & the travelling party will be prevented from using their booked accommodation, transport, and any other travel arrangements forming part of their booking. And Travel 4 You will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any other costs. Alternatively at Travel 4 You discretion, the guest may be permitted to continue with their holiday but may have additional terms of carriage imposed upon them.
In addition to the above and the effect to their actions may have on others, they must particularly also bear in mind that they are responsible for their safety. Travel 4 You is not responsible for any accidents which occur in or around any irresponsible behavior of the guest.
Consumption of alcohol during the tour is at the discretion of the guest & subjected to not affecting others privacy. The guest must, however, do so responsibly and Travel 4 You will have no liability to them for any injury, loss or damage they suffer as a result of their judgment being impaired wholly or partly by alcohol.
The guest and the members of their travelling party jointly and individually liable for any damage to the accommodation, furniture, apparatus or other materials located within the accommodation, together with any legal costs incur in pursuing a claim. It is their duty to report any breakages, defects or damage to an appropriate person immediately.
If You Have A Complaint:
Travel 4 You aim at providing best possible holiday to its guest. However, if any guest found any dissatisfaction in the service then they need to immediately report it to the responsible person providing the service. If its not attended at their end, then the guest must escalate it to the customer care at Travel 4 You. Travel 4 you will do everything reasonably possible to sort the problem out. No complaints or refund for the same be entertained after the Holiday programs.
